As a kid I remember sitting by the fire with my family watching Animal Planet while filling in our coloring books. 

     My favorite movie "Spirit: Stallion of the Cimarron" DVD had a learn how to draw spirit section, that I would watch and copy as often as I could.

     We had a Pokemon book that had all the Pokemon in numerical order and I would practice drawing them on a seperate sheet of paper.

     Now I draw and paint whatever I want. I had my first Art Show in 2013 under "Silence that Screams". Since then I dabbled in trying to sell art but I didn't know what I was doing. I needed more practice and confidence. 2015 I got married to my loving high school sweetheart and had 4 beautiful kiddoz from 2016-2020. During that time I was still trying to do art, but it was a lot with learning how to be a married couple and parent. I was a stay at home mom starting in 2017.

     After baby #4 we were officially done growing our family. I started getting back into my art and created my first little character Jem, my little yellow dragon. Then Mother's Day weekend in 2021 my mother-in-law talked me into selling at a market. I started selling my art at a few markets since then, but only one of them consistently.

     Since then I have become the President and market coordinator of the non-profit Poway Arts and Crafts Guild. Which is located at the Old Poway Park and Railroad in Poway, CA. My confidence and skill has grown a lot, but there is always room for improvement!
